Booth Built did three jobs for us, all involving patio covers. I appreciate Tom Booth's time in designing these jobs so that the finished product looked good and was what we had envisioned. On one of the jobs, they returned to correct what was not to our immediate satisfaction. This was done promptly and well. The price for these projects was always a fair price. They are a very reliable company.

The design was handled well - no confusion. The install went exactly as planned. The cover looks great and works well. They came back, free of charge when I couldn't handle the wiring for the ceiling fan.

Booth Built is well represented; courteous, efficient, professional. My pergola went up on time with little mess or fuss. 1 of the 2 guys working had an emergency & had to leave. The other worker stayed until the project was finished; passed 8pm.
Gabe Assour made sure everything was measured correctly, went over the project to make sure I had no questions and assured my it would be done right and on time. Since Booth Built had constructed my original patio, Gabe checked back after 5 years to make sure no problems had developed and even corrected a few minor issues at NO CHARGE!

The Patio cover is beautiful. Booth Built extended the small covered patio we had. The extended areas are perfectly integrated with the original patio, resulting in more usable and more esthetically satisfying space. We love it!

I have taken pictures of the back of the house and also included sketches of what I have in mind. Basically I'm looking for an aluminum wood look structure that is approximately 12' x 28'. I'm not sure at this time if I want a solid roof or a lattice structure, so would appreciate it if this could be quoted while I am in San Diego.

he structure would be centered on the peak of the roof and be above the upper windows. I believe that the CC&R's and the city allow me to be within 10' from the back of the property line to the support posts. The overhang from the posts (I think) would be allowed. If this is the case the structure would extend approx. 12' from the house. Job completed!

Absolutely loved the model and quality of the Sunroom/Patio shown at the homeshow and presented in our home. The estimate was considerably higher than we expected, however, the main reason for NOT purchasing at this time was due to a major refurb needed on a rental property that had been vacated just after we received the estimate. We chose not to stretch our finances to that degree.
Gabe was extremely patient and worked diligently to try to meet our needs. We were very disappointed that we could just not afford to make this investment at this time.

We decided that Booth Built was who we were going to with for our patio. However the money planned for the project needed to go elsewhere first. We are hoping to have it done this coming spring and Booth Built is at the top our list. It seemed like first class work, and the people we dealt with were very professional.

My wife and I had Booth Built build a partial shade arbor covering our patio. We looked around for several weeks before deciding on Booth Built. They have great reviews. The number one reason was value. We could afford to expand our patio area for a reasonable price. The second reason is the maintenace free aspects of the materials used to construct our arbor. It is quality work!
We could not be happier with our partial shade arbor. It has withstood windstorms that even my roof did not. It is very well built.
